He directed the internet show, "Ctrl+Alt+Chicken."
On August 23, 2011, Trachtenberg released the short film, Portal: No Escape.[2] Based on the video game, Portal, the film drew more than one million views within its first day onYouTube.[citation needed] Within two months, the number of viewers surpassed six million.[citation needed]
On October 13, 2011, slashfilm.com announced that Trachtenberg would be directing a science fiction action heist film for Universal Pictures and writer Chris Morgan (Wanted, Fast Five, 47 Ronin).[3]
